Modern romance at its finest—Amber and Kenny swiped right on Tinder in 2019.

After a first date and a few bottles of red wine, they discovered their shared love of good food and great music and, in their words, “have been hanging out ever since.” In the five years since, they’ve traveled, hiked, and dined their way through Dallas and beyond, built a collection of overpriced concert merch, bought their first home, and turned Kenny into a reluctant (but wonderful) dog dad.

This past February, Kenny made it official, proposing to Amber at the lake by their very first apartment—a moment she’ll always treasure, not just for the proposal, but for the rare joy of being truly surprised.
